DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Due to the charitable aspect of our site, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If a product comes damaged or broken, please email hello@lotte321.com within 7 days of receiving the item to remedy the situation. Pre-order items are not available for return or exchanges.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

Yes! Please select the gift wrapping option at check out.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We ship worldwide, but shipping rates are unfortunately high. Please type in your address at checkout to see shipping rates!  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We do our best to ship all orders out same day, but please allow 3-5 business days MAX for processing.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please check your email for your tracking info. If you don't see an email from us, check the spam folder! If your order is marked as delivered on carrier tracking, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier. LOTTE321 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
